The Royal Treat & Pink House Tea Rooms are the perfect setting to host your tea parties & private events.
With capacity for 50 people at The Royal Treat Tea Room, we’ve hosted countless wedding parties, baby showers, birthdays, wakes, graduation parties, holiday parties, and almost any other life event you can think of.
The Pink House Tea Room hosts semi-private events and seats up to 35 guests indoors and 25 outdoors, with capacity for up to 85. Make your booking now for either tea room!

Our special events and parties include:
- Tea & Coffee (Iced tea & lemonade in the summer)

- Lemon curd
- Choice of quiche, vegetarian artichoke-zucchini frittata, or chicken salad.
- Quiche selection includes Quiche Lorraine, Smoked Salmon, Broccoli Cheddar, Chicken Artichoke, Ham and 3 Cheese, Spinach Florentine, Krab, and Spinach & Feta.
- Side of fruit or mixed green salad.
- Formal table settings

One scone in a clear bag with your choice of ribbon color. Each additional scone is $1.50. Add a tea bag for only $0.50.

Private event with special accomodations
Private parties can be held ONLY at the Royal Treat Tea Room in Roseville which has ample private parking and comfortably accommodates 50 guests in one room.
The cost per person is $39.75 which includes tax & gratuity.
There is also a $350 non-refundable room rental fee due at the time of reservation in addition to the per person cost.
A final guest count and a deposit based on that count are due 14 days prior to your event.

Semi-Private Event
Join us during business hours at either of our Tea Rooms for a semi-private event!
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and a final MINIMUM guest count is due 14 days prior to your event. Guests may be added up to 7 days before your event.
For no-show guests, their meals will be prepared for you to carry out or we can donate them to a local charity.

7 - 12 guests
Join us at either of our Tea Rooms during business hours for a semi-private event for 7 – 12 guest, perfect for birthdays, meetings, and get-togethers.
The price per person is $25 + 25% gratuity.
Each party is allocated 1 hour and 45 minutes. Seating time may be doubled for an additional $200.
12 - 25 guests
Looking for a larger semi-private party during business hours?
Flowers, a cake table, gift section, a gift section, and other special accommodations are also included!
The price per person is $25 + 25% gratuity.
Each party is allocated 1 hour and 45 minutes. Seating time may be doubled for an additional $400.
Pink House Special
Bring up to 14 of your closest friends to the Pink House during the week and get the Red Room all to yourself!
Each guest will receive the Tea Room Experience of scones, tea or coffee, quiche, frittata, or chicken salad, and a side fruit or mixed green salad. You’ll also get a gift table, cake table, fresh flowers, and cake service!
The cost is $550 including tax and gratuity for up to 15 guests. Valid weekdays only. Please note that prices are subject to change.
Bed & Breakfast
Get the ultimate tea party by booking the Pink House Tea Room and B&B! The entire building will be yours!
This beautiful 1875 Victorian home has modern amenities and the most spectacular sunrises.
One free breakfast of scones, fresh fruit, a slice of quiche, and tea or coffee is also included for each guest!
